Probably not great, to be honest, but Welling is loving it.
Below, theSmallvillealum dishes on why he choseLuciferto make his TV return.
(Read our interview with Welling about notreallysuiting up as Superman onSmallvillehere.)

They have a good time, they get their work done, theyre professional, but theyre enjoying themselves.
I like the show, the shows fun.

At first, hes a disrupter.
Hes not God, for sure.

The scene this morning was, Decker, where are we on the case?
And she says, Yeah, were doing this.
Im like, Oh, you dont have any suspects in custody yet?
Shes kind of like, What the fk, why is he such a dk?
Things may or may not heat up.
[Laughs] Youre not sure.
Their answer was awesome.
Can he be trusted?
