Soul-crushing, tear-jerking, heart-breaking, early-Adele level heartbreak.

No, for once, this was all about our heroes.

And our supporting heroes at that!

Oh yeah, a complete waste of time.

ROBERT VESCO, NO.

Oh, thats rightactual treasure from an actual sunken ship!

Well…kind of.

As vengeance for the aforementioned swindling, Red wants the De La Cruz gold hes sure Vesco has found.

But Vesco doesnt have it.

But its all childs play compared to the way the writers are about to plunder and pillageourhearts…

THE OSTERMAN UMBRELLA COMPANY, NO.

Which is what he thinks hes doing when he tells Samars former Mossad associate Levi about her brain condition.

They might, yknow, take care of the threat.

But since thats not true, and she didnt convince them it was, Levi comes after Aram.

Osterman is an organization hired by national intelligence agencies to kill their own agents when they become liabilities.

But it aint Samar!

During the tussle, the woman manages to cut herself, her eyes glass over, and she dies.

Thats the scene Aram walks into once he gets back to the cabin.

Even though they approach life so differently, Samar and Aram have never tried to change each other.

Samar understands why Aram would have been compelled to protect her.

You cannot force me to live without youthat isnotliving.

Its his decision and hes coming with her.

Because Samar made sure he wouldnt need to say them.

He pleads with her that they had a plan, that he wanted to come with her.

I need to make this decision for myself: whatIneed.

And I need to know that youre safethat youre happy.

When Samar cries, I cry.

And when Aram wrenches out, Whos going to take care of you if Im not there?

Done, I say.

Sobbing, she shuts the window shade on the jet, and the curtain on her time onThe Blacklist.

Aram punches Red square in the jaw: I willneverforgive you for this.

A FEW LOOSE ENDS:

Well, that was awful and beautiful and everything in between.

If I wasnt crying at the dissolution of Aram and Samars love story (I was!

), I certainly started at the end of Aram and Reds (wracking sobs!).

So that feels…NOT GOOD!!!

Long may she fly on Reds jet, and hopefully, spend his money.
