Andrea Boehlke really stepped up her game on this season ofSurvivor.
The problem is, all her tribemates noticed.
That made her a threat and that meant she had to go.
And go she did as Andrea was voted out ofSurvivor: Game Changers.
The only question is, can you put a price tag on pride?
And does that price tag exceed a million dollars?
What was her end game?
Whom did she want to bring to the final 3?
And what’s the one thing that surprised her most watching it play back on TV?
Here are a few highlights from our chat.
I didn’t realize their connection was as strong as it was.
I think I was just kind of screwed either way."
On if she knew it was her going home:“Not really.
I was paranoid for sure.
So I had a lot of paranoia going on.
So I was a little shocked, but it’s not that surprising.
Looking back, it makes sense.
I should have seen it coming more.”
On her ideal final three:“I had been thinking of several different things.
What they didn’t show on the show at all is that I was really close with Aubry.
Like,reallyclose with Aubry.
And that’s a big reason why Sarah took me out.
You don’t see that because they don’t show Aubry that much.
We kind of had a love affair out there.
I was totally obsessed with her.
And I would have gone with Aubry to the end.
“I was actually considering Michaela, but I was also cool with Tai sneaking in there.
I thought of Sarah as a sister.
So that was very shocking.”
It just shows that this game really messes with you on an emotional level.
It really can get to you.”
