The Irish actor, known for playing a schoolyard bully inSing Street, has joined the cast of Lucasfilms untitled movie about a young Han Solo, EW has confirmed.
Details about Kennys role have yet to emerge, but heboards an ensembleled by Alden Ehrenreich (Hail Caesar,Rules Dont Apply) as the roguish space smuggler originated by Harrison Ford in 1977sStar Wars.

Also starring in the Solo film are Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Woody Harrelson as an as-yet-unnamed mentor, and Emilia Clarke as another undisclosed character.
Chris Miller and Phil Lord (The Lego Movie,21 Jump Street) are directing the movie, which is currently slated to arrive May 25, 2018.
