As iftopliningone of the most anticipated Marvel movies of the year wasnt daunting enough, Benedict Cumberbatchs nerves are finally getting the best of him as he prepares to tackle another monumental gig this weekend: hosting NBCsSaturday Night Live.
In a new 19-second promo video for the Oscar-nominated actors upcoming first gig on the long-running variety sketch show, the 40 year old channels the character at the center of his new flick,Doctor Strange, to deliver a hilariously abrupt glimpse into the headspace hes inhabiting in the days leading up to the Nov. 5 episode.
We meet at last, Cumberbatch says a dramatic orchestral score blaring as he ascends to the Studio 8H stage at Rockefeller Center.
