What didnt make it into the book?Oh, brother.

Also, its such a HUGE subject.

The hardest thing for me was deciding what to put in and what to take out.

To me, its not unfriendliness.

Its giving a person some privacy.

Its weird when I leave New York and people are so smiley and cheery and friendly.
