No matter what their conversation entailed, the wedding is on.
They toast the women theyve lost and look ahead to the future.
And yet, the past lingers.
Its an intriguing move for the show, shifting our perspective of the character.
Abbys always been mostly innocent, but here, shes fully involved in helping Ray get Terrys ring back.
But was it fun?
There seems to be a bit of a disconnect between Ray and Abby.
On top of that, its becoming clear to Ray that Abby is not okay.
She needs his protection when she goes back to her house to collect her things.
Its clear her husband is abusive and manipulative, and Ray is there to step in when needed.
But all is not rosy for those two just yet.
As the episode comes to a close, Natalie is once again at Rays door.
Shes beaten, covered in blood, and holding a gun.
Now she wants Rays help covering it up.
That said, at least the family drama remains interesting.
Plus, theres the ever-present drama of Abbys slow crawl toward death.
Later, a doctors look suggests that this isnt a small thing.
