Emily Mortimer is officially a member of the Banks family.
The actress has joined the cast of Disneys upcoming sequelMary Poppins Returns,EW has learned.
Her brother, Michael Banks, is set to be played byBen Whishaw.

Mary Poppins Returnsis being directed by Rob Marshall (Into the Woods).
It will also feature a screenplay by David Magee, based onThe Mary Poppins Storiesby P.L.
Travers, and Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman are writing the films all-new original songs.
Mary Poppins Returnswill arrive in theaters on Dec. 25, 2018.
