I mean, look at these super freaks.

But, it made me wish that this fight actually were about Harlem rather than Strykers immature vendetta.

The only reason Stryker is hanging around is because of him and thats it.

In this episode, the show pulled the same trick it did in Manifest.

They just didnt mean as much as what we saw when flashed back to Cornells youth.

Unfortunately, thats not what happens.

Misty and Ridley find out midway through their questioning and are forced to let her go.

There goes their case.

Ridley makes sure Misty knows its her fault.

Candace shouldve been in police custody, but Misty didnt trust the system enough and thats why this happened.

Unfortunately, theyll have to put those plans on hold because U.S.

Marshals show up to arrest him since Mariah outted him as Carl Lucas on TV.

He owes the state of Georgia time.

As hes carted away, Claire says she knows a good lawyer.

(I hope she isnt talking about Matt Murdock.)

As Ive written throughout, it was very moving to see a bulletproof black man in a television show.

He was saving people and trying to make a difference, yet that didnt make difference.

But, the show wasnt a dour affair.

And there were many other things to love apart from the shows political message.

Always mantra I thought Mike Colters made sure his stoic character wasnt one-note.

But, lets not dwell on this too much because Luke Cages future is bright.
