Basically this is a Star City thats gone straight to hell.

Though Connor doesnt trust them at first, Sara and Rays connection to the city helps thaw the tension.
Oliver Queen, who he believes to be dead, was one of his heroes.

Thats why hes picked up the mantle of the Green Arrow.
Im constantly being shot at just doing everything on my own trying to stop these two large gangs.
He hasnt been there to help me.
This person was my hero.
It has that shattering dont meet your heroes effect in the beginning.
Ill just say, Ray delivers the line, This is not a nice family.
Thats my tease for who the bad guy is.
Lets put it this way, hes not alone.
