While Gaga made sure to compliment Madonna, she also dismissed the comparison.
Madonna and I are very different, I wouldnt make that comparison at all, she said.

Shes a nice lady and shes had a fantastic huge career.
Shes the biggest pop star of all time, but I play a lot of instruments.
I write all my own music.
I spend hours and hours a day in the studio.
Im a producer, Im a writer.
What I do is different.
Im not just rehearsing over and over again to put on a show.
