Rogue Onehas a noticeably darker tone than otherStar Warsfilms.
Rogue Onedefinitely puts the War inStar Warsin a way that we havent necessarily seen in the movies before.
Were not used to seeing so much of the death and destruction close up.
It adds weight and meaning to the events that immediately follow inA New Hopeby showing the cost.
Although there are a few cameos and shoutouts,Rogue Oneis populated almost entirely by new characters.

What is Star Wars for you without Jedi?
