However, the musical event also has some fierce defenderslike me.
The show’s established relationship with music, operatic plot, and overstated acting lends itself to singing.
This doesn’t mean the episode is perfect.
Also, in general, lip-syncing becomes very difficult when all the characters are wearing surgical masks.
But it’s allworth it.
This is a beautiful, reflective song, and Ramirez’s voice is perfect for it.
Part of what makes this episode so compelling is how polarizing it is.
