Tristan says his girlfriend is five months pregnant and begs them not to tell anyone.
Because his girlfriend works at his school.
Bonnie interrogates Susan on the stand the next day in court.
Tristan begs Asher to get Bonnie to leave her alone, but Susan eventually pleads the fifth.
Later, Tristan is furiously upset with Asher and Bonnie.
Asher tells Bonnie hes proud of her, despite their clients disdain for both of them.
It turns out he did this for a specific reason its the same prison housing Bonnies father.
Frank went through some drastic measures to get to get to him, and ultimately, brutally murder him.

Annalise Is Lit
Annalise gets in three major screaming matches this episode, a possible record for her.
First, with a member of the court who informs her about the grounds of her suspension.
RIP Nannalise
Screaming match number three is of course with Nate.
Despite Nates general kindness and complete support of Annalise, weve learned time and time again that Annalise DGAF.
Eventually, Annalise faces her issue and goes on video before a judicial board admitting she is an alcoholic.
She promises to go through a rehabilitation program as long as shes able to get her license back.
He says he wants to be there for her, but shes fine?
Bonnie tells Laurel to never tell Annalise that.
