In the Oval Office, Doug begins taking belongings out of the presidents desk drawer.
He carves his initials into the bottom of the drawer, perhaps the final mark of the Underwood presidency.
Were not going anywhere, says Frank as the episode comes to a close.
While the election results arent yet confirmed, things arent looking good for the Underwoods.
