The first wave of Grammy ballots were mailed out to voters Friday, accordingthe awards shows website.
Their votes are due back Nov. 4.
Reps for Ocean and the Grammys did not immediately respond to EWs request for comment.
The Grammys will air on Feb. 12, 2017 on CBS.
