Two men have power in the pokey, and Jake is caught between them.
But, as Goor explains, “he finds himself between a rock and a hard place.

The warden doesnt like Jake.
Samberg notes that Jake’s main objective is simply to stay alive.

Hes like that guy fromMan on Wire, except hes not cheating on his wife.”
