There are a lot of trust issues and its not easy.

Shes being forced to work with them.

Her two options are do this and work with the team or go back to the CIA.

Shes obviously going to stick with the team.

Its all about trying to understand one another and trying to move forward.

Thats going to be a very difficult process for awhile.

How has her relationship with Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) changed?

I mean theres still a love there, but its very damaged, extremely damaged.

Theres a lot of trust issues, anger, resentment, and fear all those things combined.

Nobody feels like they really know each other now, which is sad.

How does Jane feel about this organization that she had been working for?

She doesnt feel the same about the FBI, thats for sure.

Theres obviously some problems there as well, so its kind of like the lesser of two evils.

How is she torn between the FBI and the organization this season?

Shes finding that there are holes in both.

Theres bad people on both sides and shes really trying to use her intuition and instinct to guide her.

Now shes really starting to ask questions on both sides.

What kind of relationship does she have with Shepherd?

Shepherd is a tough one.

I would love to see Shepherd and Jane go head-to-head, but I dont know whats going to happen.

EP Martin Gero has said well learn Janes real name and her motivations for joining this organization very quickly.

What has surprised you about the answers to the mysteries?

Theyre all really valid answers.

Theres a lot of red flags popping up on both sides right now.

Oscar would manipulate Jane by calling her Taylor.

Now that that card has been played, how can this group control her?

I think its just information.

They are giving her so much information every time they see each other.

Theyre not so much controlling her.

Theres no serious effort on the organizations behalf because Jane just keeps showing up, so its really twisted.

What are we going to see of Jane getting her memory back?

but now youre going to find out and now its like, What is she going to do?

and thats almost a scarier plotline.

Its a ton of information.

I mean it really sets up this season explosively.

What can you say about her dynamic with Roman (Luke Mitchell)?

He was part of the organization.

Hes very, very, very protective of Jane, extremely protective of Jane.

Hes definitely a sociopath.

[Laughs] Hes unpredictable, which is a really great character to play.

Hes such a great addition to the cast.
